Simple squamous epithelium:

 ID points;
1) single layer of cells.
2) flat cell and flat nucleus.

Simple cuboidal epithelium:

ID points:
1) single layer of cells.
2) cube like cells.
3) Rounded central nucleus.

Simples columnar epithelium:


ID points:
1) single layer and tall cells.
2) oval nucleus along the length of cell.

Stratified squamous epithelium:


ID points:
1) Multiple layer of cells.
2) Flat surface cells with no nucleus on surface.

Stratified columnar epithelium:

ID points:
1) Two layer of tall cells.
2) Oval nucleus arranged along the long axis of  cell.

1) Thin walled with large irregular lumen.
